Minus 5kgs within 2weeks and eat anything as you want

Rule
1. everyday sleep at least 8 hours (continuously 2 weeks)
2. you are able to eat anything you want.(no limit)

haha.......sounds crazy, but inside the video, the lady really eat as she like without control!! She ate 9 times a day! Crazy. But she slim down after 2 weeks. No joke! I also want to sleep more than 8 hours a day. lolzzzz
After day 7(slept more than 8 hours) she cut down her food without noticing. She only eat 7 times in a day, not 9 times.
8th day she slim down 1kg.
13th day she cut half of the breakfast.
after 2 weeks, she lost 5kgs!

But actually sleeping diet for normal people can lose 2.5 to 3kgs after 1 month. So, she is a special case.
