Minus 5kgs within 2weeks and eat anything as you want

Rule
1. everyday sleep at least 8 hours (continuously 2 weeks)
2. you are able to eat anything you want.(no limit)

haha.......sounds crazy, but inside the video, the lady really eat as she like without control!! She ate 9 times a day! Crazy. But she slim down after 2 weeks. No joke! I also want to sleep more than 8 hours a day. lolzzzz
After day 7(slept more than 8 hours) she cut down her food without noticing. She only eat 7 times in a day, not 9 times.
8th day she slim down 1kg.
13th day she cut half of the breakfast.
after 2 weeks, she lost 5kgs!

But actually sleeping diet for normal people can lose 2.5 to 3kgs after 1 month. So, she is a special case.

3D people like in star wars is now in our real life!(Hologram)

Well, I know this does not sounds so new, but it is so cool if mix with the 3D effect in real time performance.
They call it hologram or holographic projection system.
Nowadays, in a lot of places also start to use this cool technology mixing in performance, launches etc.

One of the very successful cases is the Black Eyed Peas Hologram – Live at the NRJ Music Awards 2011.
Fergie looks so real, as if she is there.


On CNN also, they use hologram to interview or report from another city, the interview also include Will I am. In this video, they explain how hologram works, reveal the backstage scene and how how it works.



Richard Branson also use hologram for his Virgin Digital Launch



Prince Charles also delivered his speech through hologram on the stage of the World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates.



It seems like hologram is becoming a new and useful technology that will be a huge business in our world.

13days lost 6kgs!

Recently I am following one programme, just following the menu and don't deviate. Waiting the body hormone to burn the fat.
Of course, I also did a bit of light exercise like bikoshi, hope that can boost the result. But I eel so hungry because i sleep late, no more food to digest, so hungry.
These 13 days, there are lots of challenges! Luckily, I am able to maintain not to simply eat other foods.
See what are my challenges and how I overcome it.

Challenge 1
I feel hungry especially after 2 hours. What I am thinking is food, food,food and food. I ate apple or other fruits, also eat biscuits cracker.
Remind myself don't deviate much. Scared that once I taste the food which is not allowed will cause myself become UNSTOPPABLE in eating the normal food.

Challenge 2
Yummy food and the smell pass in front of me.
Arggggggg, this is hard, I walk away most of the time.
But the tv keep on showing food, and the advertisement also, like kfc, McD, Chocolate, blah blah blah.
When I go out, those food are in front of me, my family eat, i watch them eating. sigh...
One way to overcome this is to walk away, or eat my food imagine that i am eating those food. sob, sob.

Challenge 3
Weigh myself.
Well, actually I can't weigh myself, but I am curious how effective it is. So i weigh myself. these 2 days, no movement at all on the scale.
At this time, I consule myself that "ok, you are in the diet plateau period, it is normal to stop to fluctuate, your body is protecting you. Some people don't even lose weight at all for the whole week or few weeks. Be patient, you will lose those weight"
so, i don't feel like give up already. instead, looking forward to lose more weight and my little exercise routine.

Challenge 4
Lack of motivation. Sometimes really hungry, really want to eat chocolate!!
BUT, after looking at other people's diaries, look at those actress who succeeded, their strong will, etc. makes me feel motivated.
My family and friends' word of courage also help me to maintain.


So, those are my challenges and the way of overcoming them. Hope it can help you too =)


(ermm... estimate after 1 month can lose 10kgs =))

effective lose waist size and weight lose for free

I have found some extremely effective way to lose the waist size and lose weight tips for free. you can do it anytime, anywhere. (some name below i just simply name it, because there is no name for them)
For most of them is without any subtitle. So, just see the before and after and the way they do it from the video.

1. 美腰exersice
-bend your knee, make sure your ass is tight, and blow out when you bend. you will feel that your waist is working. 30times
-move your waist front and back,make sure your ass is tight, and blow out when you bend. 30times
-move your waist left to right, don't move your upper body. 30times
-move your waist in circle from left for 30 times and from right for another 30 times. don't move your upper body.
-Sold more than 1 million copies(her books).
-EFFECT: LOSE WAIST AROUND 1~10CM IMMEDIATELY AFTER 3 MINUTES(FOLLOW EXACTLY), LOSE WEIGHT(AFTER 1 MONTH)





2. number 8 exercise
-hold the top and end of a towel straight and tight with both of your hand, move your hand to left and right like a landscap number 8.
-point: make sure you face in front not side when doing.
-Do: 10 times per day for 2 weeks.
-Suggestion: you can do after you take your bath, because at that time you definitely need the towel, lolzzzzz
-EFFECT: LOSE WAIST around 5~10cm, upper hand ~2cm.


3. leg clipping
-kick your leg to front, make sure it is 90 degree, then kick to the back of your opposite ass like them. And you can feel it.
-another one is clip 5cm books or something in between on your leg.(this one is really effective. you can feel your muscle is shaking after a few minutes.)
-anytime when you are sitting down.
-EFFECT:LOSE 20KGS


4. Tracey exercise
-This person followed a trainer video and do it all the time, she is now over 50(age) already, but her body looks amazing!
-Tracey, the trainer, is a trainer for Madonna.(I also feel that I want to buy it! ><)
-EFFECT:EXTREMELY NICE BODY LINE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE OVER 50 YEAR OLD

Immediate -7cm (waist) after 3 minutes exercise

Well, in japan there is a lady call Shino, her exercise is called bikoshi, which means beautiful waist exercise. It has been said result proved and her book was sold more than million copies. She was invited to the local tv and top magazines. And the most important thing is after I have tried, My waist -7cm after 3 minutes after follow her instruction through YouTube.
Wow.
Read some Japanese link, the Japanese girl said that after followed her exercise, they will not only get their waist line, also weight lost after about 2 weeks, regardless their age. I trust this, so I will do it everyday (because it is easy and can do anytime, anywhere)





Can't lose weight?What should you do?

Unable to lose weight even though you don't eat anything? We call it as Diet plateau 停滞期

Most of the people face this problem:
Unable to lose weight no matter how hard they try, or they try even harder, blaming themselves that they must have done something wrong, that is they can't lose weight.
Does this sounds like you? Facing the same problem also?
Me too.
Today is my 12th day diet. 11&12th day morning, weighed, nothing change.
Get even more frustrate because the more I do, the more I feel that no use at all. Can't lose weight. Then I heard people said diet plateau. And realize that This is a very normal period for dieters, in fact the more you don't eat appropriately and do excessive exercises, the longer the diet plateau period will be!
So, let's understand this diet plateau and see how we can get along with it.

1. What is it?
Your body stop to slim down to protect you from burning extra energy or fat to save you.
If you do extra exercise in this period,
A) your metabolism go slow. And your health become not good because need the energy to consume. Where to consume, your other part like vitamin etc( not too sure what does it call). However, excess exercise will cause your skin dehydrate, lose hair or other health problem.
B) prolong the diet plateau period because your body need to protect you from losing too much energy.

2. How to change the situation?
Easy, just continue your program don't give up, the body will realize that this situation is normal, so will start to lose weight again or burn fat.
So, you need to act as normal.

3. What if I stop continue my diet program when I face diet plateau?
You will face rebound. What is rebound? Your weight go back to your initial weight and the worst part is that you gain weight.

4. Why fatter that the initial weight after diet?
A) because you go back to your old habit.
B) because your body want to protect you from another " famine". So need to keep more fat in your body.

5. What do I need to do.
Understand the pros and cons of the diet plateau. Increase your awareness, don't give up.

1. Diet plateau is every dieter's issue.
2. Do not do excessive or extreme diet or exercise during diet plateau period, do continue your normal diet.

4. Diet plateau period is to let your body to understand that "little energy is normal" for your body.

now you know diet plateau already, normally it will take about 2 weeks to 1 month. So, make sure that you continue to do your normal diet routine, don't do excessive diet or back to the old habit, because you will prolong the period or get even fatter because your body start to absorb the food due to your body think that you need to restore energy.
